If I heard correctly, Bridget Lancaster & Jack Bishop will be on Terry Gross's Fresh Air today discussing The Complete Vegetarian Cookbook.

Vegetarianism doesn't seem like ATK's strong suit. Wonder how this came about?
And yeah, they were on Fresh Air but I didn't have a chance to listen.

My sweetie pointed out something I forgot: I already own a vegetarian cookbook, written by Jack Bishop in 1996. Pasta e Verdura.
