I was checking out the new iBooks app and chanced upon iTunes U. They have a whole series of lectures from Harvard by Adrià, Achatz, Myhrvold, McGie, etc. on Science in the Kitchen. All are free, so if you have an IOS device they sound really interesting. They are audio only. Downloading as I write.

Alina,
How do you navigate to iTunes U?

It is actually an app. (I look just like Alina, honest!) Reading a little about the CI book, looks like they re-hashed a bunch of recipes. I think I'll have to see that book and how much info vrs. reprint it is.

I didn't download an app, just went to the iTunes store on my PC and downloaded from there. I'll have to check out the app. Thanks Paul.

Just received the email from Chris today announcing their new book. The layout looks like their other books. I'm just wondering how much is actually new material or just a reprint of all the Sciency stuff they put in their magazines.

They are expert at recycling material, so I would look closely before handing BC any money.
