I have an old copy of Heat kicking around here somewhere. Maybe I will read it. I try not to read much any more, though.

I liked Heat.
The second Reichel book isn't as good; I don't recommend it. The other stuff I've read is biography rather than memoir; I think your top 25 list may include a large number of the food memoirs there are, period.
