A few summers ago I was introduced to radishes soaked in vodka for about 1 hour, drained (save the vodka of course) and then dipped in sea salt before eating. It was a most beautiful summer...

One of my very favorite sandwiches consists of good bread, spread with butter, sliced radishes, and sprinkled with salt. So good!
I am with you Mary.

Not so many photos but it was a good dinner. LOVED the ossco buca. The orange was not too prominent at all and the sauce was luscious and the meat very tender. Can't wait for leftovers. The salmon waffles are a definite keeper and not enough can be said about the radishes. Mary
