Our newspaper has two recipes from this book featured today...based on title and recipes, it is most likely a vegetarian cookbook. Wondering if any of you have it, have seen it, or know anything about it? The two recipes were for a Spinach Cake and a lentil dish. Both looked terrific. Thanks ilene
PS The author, David Tanis is currently Exec Chef at Chez Panniz (sp?) and it is not a veggie only book
