CI's Slow & Easy

I bought this book for two reasons. It' been a long winter, and i' m sick of the usual. My life is hectic. This place. So, I guess that's three. Haven't really cooked much from it yet, but promised Jes a rundown.

LOL, we have a 2 bean turkey chili in the freezer right now. With lots of Cilantro. Would give frank a heart attack.

Wow, thanks Crystal! It does look like alot of repetition, especially since I already own C&B and BMA, not to mention most of the CC slow-cooker recipes. I'll be subscribing to CI's website next month, to download some more recipes into Living Cookbook, maybe I'll see how many of the slow-cooker recipes have made it to their premium content before I decide whether to buy this one.

After all, how many abomination recipes does one woman need?

This is actually one of my favorite CI books. Try the Classic Beef Bolognese Sauce -- it's one of my favorites and freezes like a dream.

Well, I'd prefer a book entitled, Best...Slow and Easy, but maybe that's just me. ;)
