I don't know how many of you are familiar with this book, but it's the follow-up to
Culinary Artistry by Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page. It's not a cookbook, but a reference for modern flavor pairings.
It's a fantastic book and a constant reference for me. If I had to give up every book but one, this is the one I'd keep.
Today I was looking through it trying to figure out what kind of agnolotti I wanted to make for dinner, and went to sweet potatoes, since I knew that would be part of it. After perusing briefly, I settled on what I was going to make. I then googled it to see if there was anything else interesting to think about, and lo and behold, Keller has a recipe almost exactly like what I was planning. (Nice to know I can channel him occasionally.

)
If you are not familiar with this book, I highly recommend you look at it next time you're in the library or at a bookstore.
Utterly fantastic book.
