CI in their infinite incompetence sent me annuals I never bought or paid for. (And I'm not talking about their unsolicited mailing of books.) They just don't have their act together and sent these to me free of charge. I have a 2004 and 2006 annual cluttering my bookcase. The first person who asks, gets them. I'd just ask for reimbursement of the shipping charge. Amy |
