Milk, but that's not really new.

I am so jonesing on sugar right now. Two weeks of cookie baking will cure me I bet.

I've been looking for Kenji Alt's cookbook.

Any ideas? Tim

Tim, I think it still isn't out.

The growth of my cookbook collection has slowed due to lack of space and a general inability to dispose of current unused titles to make room.

My first cookbook acquisition of 2012 will probably be Ruhlman's "Twenty" based entirely on katiepie's reviews.

I think Kenji's book is as late as Shirley Corriher's 'Bakewise' and we will not see it for another year. I hope it is not as disappointing. Anybody have a copy of "Twenty" they want to trade for a barely used copy of Bakewise?

I bought myself and just finished reading "Food in Jars." I recommend it, I love small batch canning!

No "Twenty" but I'll trade or sell my barely-read "Around My French Table''. Trade for Moosewood Vegetarian or $10 pluspostage.
