So we just did a purge of the cookbook shelves, and there's a few things I'm getting rid of someone on the board might want. They're yours for the cost of postage (from the US, sorry Jean Paul Mary etc.).
- Muffins by Elizabeth Alston
- James Peterson's Sauces
- ATK Family Baking Book (soft cover ARC)
- Morning Food by Fox and Bear
- Recipes and Reminisces of New Orleans
The last is an interesting 1971 Junior League style cookbook from the Ursuline Academy. It's more useful as a historical snapshot of what Creole food was like before Paul Pruhomme than as an actual cookbook. I am, of course, getting rid of more books, but the remaining ones are of little interest.
Anyway, let me know before Thanksgiving, because at that point these cookbooks are going to the Jackson County Library.
