Can anyone recommend a bread machine cookbook?
Desired traits:
* measure by weight
* lots of whole-grain recipes
We picked up a used Welbilt bread machine and would like to use it more.
I have:
Bread Machine Magic by Rehberg and Conway.
Pros: Lots of whole grain recipes, and has three sizes of loaf. I haven't had anything unsuccessful out of it yet. Good book.
Cons: Volume measure, no weights.
Rustic European Breads from your Bread Machine by Eckhardt and Butts
Pros: Lots of interesting stuff here. We have liked the few things we have tried.
Cons: Expensive for a glorified hardcover photocopy. Volume, no weights. Almost everything starts in the breadmaker and finishes outside.
