FEAST by Lindsay Anderson & Dana Vanveller (2017), Appetite / Random House is the result of a 4 month odyssey across Canada exploring some nooks and crannies of local cooking that results in some wonderful recipes and stories. I was quite surprised at how well they pulled this off. Excellent photos, explicit instructions, and interesting running commentary makes this one to borrow or buy.
