I just got this cookbook, "Small-Batch Baking" by Debby Maugans Nakos. I've really become interested in cooking smaller portions, because there are just the two of us now. I had given up baking because I would be left alone with an entire chocolate cake which is not slimming. ATK's "Cooking for Two" also has desserts for two, but yesterday out of SBB, I made the Brownie Surpise Pudding Cake (OMG), and tomorrow I'm trying the Butterscotch Bread Pudding.
Thought I'd let you all in on my "find."

KSS,
Let us know. We're always ending up with too much cake too.
