| Post subject: | Small Batch Baking |
I just got this cookbook, "Small-Batch Baking" by Debby Maugans Nakos. I've really become interested in cooking smaller portions, because there are just the two of us now. I had given up baking because I would be left alone with an entire chocolate cake which is not slimming. ATK's "Cooking for Two" also has desserts for two, but yesterday out of SBB, I made the Brownie Surpise Pudding Cake (OMG), and tomorrow I'm trying the Butterscotch Bread Pudding. Thought I'd let you all in on my "find." |
