Spam is king in Hawaii. I must admit I did like fried spam sandwiches with mustard and pickles as a kid, I don't think I have had it post puberty so my tastes may have changed...  Anyway, inspired by you all, I took some photos yesterday.  Veal chops marinating.  Grilled asparagus and red pepper  Veal chops with rosemary butter, asparagus and crushed potatoes (a bit out of focus due to wine consumption) Mary
