I've got to say that Fat Daddio's has some really, really well-priced stuff. Noticed this when I went nuts shopping at Bridge.

I bought it at a trendy store here so I probably overpaid, but it's the only place around that carries this kind of stuff. They had a huge selection of pans, tools, etc. For this visit I restrained myself and only got this and a pound of cocoa.
