Well, true to what I was warned, my hand is really sore tonight. But, it felt really great to get back to work!

It's good to see that you are back to work. I have a friend who is a PT and she broke her wrist last Spring. She is still doing her therapy to help with the pain and to keep up her range of motion.

Just remember that no job is worth permanent injury. The kitchen ego of "I can bust plates out all night with this!" needs to be resisted.

Trust me Becky, I am not willing to do anything to hurt this puppy. My doctor has said that the bone/plate is healing properly, so it's unlikely I'd do anything to it. That being said, I learned today I don't have the strength to lift a sheet pan of crème brûlée out of the oven with a full water bath.
