My Carrot Cake Google Search came up with this today. I have only ever made Granola once, but I am thinking that I might have to try this since Carrot cake is my favorite cake.
So I go to the Health Food Store last night to pick up the ingredients to make this and I ended up not buying anything. I didn't realize that there was so many types of rolled oats. I understand about Quick, Regular and Steel Cut, but there was Thin Rolled, Thick Rolled, two or three Organic varieties each in Thick and Thin Rolled. Should I buy a Thin or Thick Rolled Oats to make Granola?
