I've used this for 6 months now, almost everyday, and it is wonderful. Quote: Features a 100% ceramic, non-stick coating which is six times stronger than the traditional non-stick coatings. Completely PFOA and PTFE chemical free, this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F. 25 year warranty. https://paderno.com/can/products.php?catID=5&subID=23&pID=1179Often on sale at 50% off and well worth it. Please note: it has the All-Clad style of exposed rivets inside the cooking area (I HATE THIS)

If you ever see this pan on sale at 50% off would you let me know? I need a new non-stick for eggs/crepes.

Here is a quote from the description of the pan: "...this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F".
I guess this means no stir fry?
