Wow....what a brave man. I, too, hope he is successful, but I bet it will be light years before we see his product (if ever) out here in the west.

Great story. I've bought some Buffalo Mozza here and it was quite wonderful. I have no idea how it compares to the "real thing", or one made much fresher, but this was soft and wonderfully flavoured. We use it in caprese all summer long....
