I made this last night. It's OK. I am taking it to our Holiday Party tonight and see what everybody else thinks. If I were to make it again, I would split the batch between two half pans so that it's not so thick.
All but one of the people that I work with, the Bartender and the Chef at the Yacht Club loved the Bacon Toffee. The bartender for our party thought it should have Chocolate on top as well.
