Alina, orangecello is made with oranges instead of lemons....is quite wonderful . Regarding "playing around ", I Have no idea what she has in mind. She has been testing carbonating beverages other than water and wants to try her cellos. She is the queen of homemade limoncello and orangecello

Hmm, might try making orangecello some day. My machine specifies that you void the warranty if you try anything other than water, so I am not willing to experiment at this point with other liquids at this point. However maybe I could try super carbonated water in small amounts mixed in with the liqueurs. Thanks.

Probably when you relieve the bottle pressure you force liquid up the nozzle. Water just drains but anything with sugar/syrup stays in the nozzle and eventually could clog it.
