Is anyone else bugged by the fact that this board has been given the gmail favicon? Actually, the same thing happened to another board I belong to, as well. For some reason, it makes me not click on the right link. My brain is making the decision that I'm not looking for gmail before I can stop it and I end up clicking on "Fuzzy Chef & Friends" instead. A first world problem, I know.

What browser? On my PC using Chrome I still have the boring dogeared page favicon.

I'm using Chrome, too. Unless it has it's own favicon, I'm getting the gmail one on BBs. Everything else has the dog-ear.

It's a browser thing.
Hmmm. The board originally had its own favicon when I set it up (a pan, IIRC), but I probably broke that in one of the various moves. I'll see if I can fix it.

Hmm, on Safari (OS X) it isn't showing any favicon. I hate that every site you go to does an extra (very often unsuccessful) HTTP GET over and above the one you asked for. It goes against the non-waste puritan lifestyle I was brought up with. Also bugs me when some app is left running in my house streaming one device to another; sure, it is all on the intranet but when you were brought up like me, you just can't shake the idea that this is 'wasteful'.

Is that better? The icon is a chef's knife now. Kind of hard to make out at that size, but at least it's not blank.

Looks like a chef's knife to me. Very nice, thanks again. I do wonder what was up with the gmail icon, though. Apparently, it was just me?
