So at The Spanish Table I found a new toy:

I tested it out; this wooden disk really makes it way easier to flip tortillas and fritattas. Suggested for everyone who loves flipped egg dishes.

Sound like the bigger kitchen is letting you expand into new gadget realms! I can see the advantage of this over a plate though. I skip the flip altogether and just finish in the oven. We're a lazy frittata house.

Yeah, I've been doing the oven thing too. But sometimes the oven is busy, and you don't quite get the same shape/texture, especially for tortilla.

It's way better than a plate. The wood insulates, and the handle in the middle makes it way easier to grab. I'd been thinking of making something like it, but now I don't have to.
