All,
I planted some summer savory because I'd never used it before because it needs to be used fresh. However, now that I have a big, bushy plant, I'm not sure what TO use it for. Ideas?

I am at a loss for what to recommend, because I use it all the time, but always for meat dishes. I use it for chicken, in stuffing and in sausage. I don't know what you would use it for within the vegetarian realm. Penzey's says is good in bean soup, if that helps?
