Italian sausage made into a pot of pasta, riccotta, mozz & sauce. With this & the soups I shouldn't have to cook for a few meals. Of course I still will. Need to make some bread.

I just used over 1 1/2 lbs of chicken thigh meat to make some Thai curry last night. BUT, today I have over 11 lbs of chicken breast I have to foodsaver, for the freezer! I couldn't pass it up...it was only $1.49/lb, and, it turns out, needed very little trimming.

pasta with sauce and meatballs 2 nights ago and had cannedoli (italian bread dumplings) with broth for dinner last night. Also, homemade rocky road icecream as an after hockey treat. Will use the leftover pasta for dinner tonight a la spagetti pie. made riceballs with leftover risotto so those went into the freezer.

Well, now that you mention it, after rotator cuff surgery, elbow surgery, broken and sprained ankles and other injured body parts I hadn't considered moving the 6 (SIX!) ice packs to some other place. Thanks, that created some room! I may be an idiot, but, I'm your idiot!
