But the people who try the recipe and love it and don't comment are the ones you're writing for. The interwebs really have made it easy for folks to prove how stupid they are.

I loved your commentary Darcie. Have not tried the recipe but it sure looked good and was descriptive. Figure that there are many many many people who enjoy your articles. They just don't always pipe up. Hey, invite the Charleston Food Bunch here to the board!!!! Throw those smart asses into the ring with the CC and see who survives. (seriously, some might really enjoy it
