There was an episode of Iron Chef on tonight from 2007. The ingredient was Parmiggiano Reggiano. (sp) It was Batali against Carmellini. I thought the food in this episode was some of the best looking food I have ever seen in an episode of Iron Chef. It looked amazing! The judging was better than usual also.

Was that IC America? I assume so based on the chefs.

FoodTV replays each episode a few times but that one's not coming up again in the next couple of weeks.
