I can't remember what thread this was on, someone suggested Kenji's method that was on Serious Eats.
Trinket is here visiting and we are making Smitten Kitchens peach/creme fraiche pie....so we made some with Kenji's easy recipe.
O-M-G....Trink and I both have said we will never buy it again when it is so simple and good to make.
