Sounds delicious. Probably too late, but I might have sort of rebranded it to be called coconut something something. That way people are expecting the coconut rather than surprised by it.

I'm anxious to see how this comes out to the crowd, it makes me salivate every time I read about it here. It just sounds so so good. I can just smell that squeeze of lime.

I did rebrand it as "Vegetarian Coconut Lime Corn Chowder." The "vegetarian" being very important here.

If you'd added kefir lime, galangal and lemongrass, you'd have a fairly authentic Thai soup.

Um, of the three, the only thing I can get here is lemongrass (if I want to drive 45 minutes). Just remember, I live in God's country, aka East Podunk Nowhere.
