OK, old subject I know, but....
I was just at a local farmers market and a seller who makes 3 different pepper jellies gave this tip: glaze a pork roast or chicken with it. Didn't get to try it but I bet it's wonderful. Oh and her samples were on water crackers with chevre, yum
She had: mild confetti (with red, green bits plus seeds of?, very pretty!), medium pineapple jalapeno, hot mango habenero. They were all delish. I need to make some of this....
