Folks,
There's a Spanish recipe I'd like to make, but it calls for dried sweet red peppers. You know, bells, piquillos, or florians. Where on earth would I get such a thing? I can try the Spanish Table, but I don't think I've seen them even there.

Penzeys had dried sweet peppers. Yaaaay. Winter gazpacho here I come ... will tell you how it turns out.

What is winter gazpacho all about - never heard the term. I usually like any kind of gzpcho.

Lynn,
It's soup with bread, sour orange juice and dried peppers. A winter soup. If it turns out well, I'll post a recipe.
