Has anyone ever done these in a pressure cooker? I almost always have to use my pressure cooker for beans and other legumes at my altitude, but I've not done flageolets in the PC before. Timing? Amy |

I am ashamed to admit I have never used a PC for beans! I don't even know where my PC is. But the interwebs gave me this for flageolet beans: Soaked, Natural Release - 10 to 14 minutes Unsoaked, Quick Release - 17 to 22 minutes Edit to add: You can find the chart [url="http://www.delectableplanet.com/cooking-resources/12-bean-cooking-chart.html"]here[/url]. |
