I've used this for 6 months now, almost everyday, and it is wonderful.

Quote:
Features a 100% ceramic, non-stick coating which is six times stronger than the traditional non-stick coatings. Completely PFOA and PTFE chemical free, this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F. 25 year warranty.

Often on sale at 50% off and well worth it.

Please note: it has the All-Clad style of exposed rivets inside the cooking area (I HATE THIS)

The problem is that you can't combine an alternate text color with a bare URL.

If you ever see this pan on sale at 50% off would you let me know? I need a new non-stick for eggs/crepes.

Here is a quote from the description of the pan: "...this ceramic non-stick coating allows high heat cooking up to 400F".

I guess this means no stir fry?

Dave - Although it is available in larger sizes we bought it specifically for omelet’s; at 8" the only stir-frying it will see might be a scrambled egg to cover my botching of said omelet. :!:

I doubt anybody would use a pan that small for SF, but I would still have to find out if this was a typo. After all, larger Eco Pans have this same listing, and 400º really isn't that hot for a skillet.
