A coincidence...

A friend of mine from culinary school is a food photographer. He just posted this on his Facebook page:

"Just finished a shoot at MouCo Cheese in Ft. Collins for Culture Magazine. If you've never tried it - find it. Whole Foods, Tony's, and Marzcyk's carry it locally. Their Truffello and ColoRouge is flat out amazing."

I'll definitely have to try it next time I'm in Denver.

Edited to add: I just found out I can get their cheese at City Market...will look for it next time I'm there.
