Darcie, I posted this on the dinner thread but wanted to say that I made the pancakes and they are FANTASTIC. I've never had better. And loved that they brown evenly....never had that happen and figured it was the fault of the griddle. I doubled the recipe and we had no leftovers.

Strange! I'm trying to read Darcie's article/recipe and nothing is coming up. Peculiarly, the lucious looking photo of pancakes is dated December 31, 1969. WTH?
Can someone kindly post the recipe? I'm having no luck as the text is blank.

Glad you mentioned this....The Pancake Prince was home for a few days, and I wanted to make them and natha. Grrrrr. Could you be kind, Darcie and republish for the pancakeless......
