Here is the latest chicken stock. I bought 20# of chicken leg-quarters, then cut and saved legs and thighs for future meals. Used backs for this stock and supplemented with some purchased necks.

I used half to make a white chicken stock, and the rest was for a roasted chicken stock.

Here are the finished products:

I'm impressed too...not only with the wonderful stock making, but also for the neatness of containers! I'm lucky to find a top to a bottom...I'm a very good customer of Tupperware and Rubbermaid.

Containers from the Dollar Tree -- 4 for $1.
Mostly I put stock in Ziploc baggies, but I was all out!
