Frank,

I'm pleased that you got to New Glarus and it may have been best that the Hotel was closed. Lib and I were there last fall and the onion soup and roesti were just not the same.

New Glarus may be the only source of Kalberwurst and I hope this was a treat. I hope your had some Spotted Cow and apple strudel.
