Not to steal anything away from TLC, but I was on the KA site tonight to order a couche, and came across a video series for professionals that I found to be excellent. You'll need a bit of time to watch the entire thing, and if you're not a bread baker this may seem a little overwhelming, but it's really well done. KA Bread Baking TutorialAmy

Hey, I was married. I know a fake apology when I see one. Since I waited so long to post my pics, I am almost out of bread. When I make it next time I'll get the beginning of the process, which I missed last time, and post something complete. See, I was married. I know how to make excuses...
