I've been meaning to post a follow-up, and given my current physical issues will keep this brief.
I love my little rice cooker! It makes perfect rice, and is actually the perfect size both in the quantity of rice it makes and its footprint. I've made sushi for six, risotto for four, and never once felt constrained by its capacity.
A great purchase.

Well, if it's out of warranty, doesn't work, and you don't want to pay shipping, take it to a local appliance repair shop and see what they say. What have you got to lose? fitzie

Curious, it would seem all of Garison's posts are plagiarizism. Setting up for a spam run? Seems like a lot of work.

Also, jesbelle, what tipped you? They are a little off ( especially this one ), but my usually very sensitive nose didn't smell it.

btw...I am in love with making risotto in my new cooker. So much easier than traditional methods...made seafood risotto with peas the other night, and it was great.

Amy,
I don't see a recipe for making risotto in the rice cooker on this thread. Post one?
I like to use risotto as a stuffing for vegetables, so it would be great to have a no-hands way to make it ...
