Sometimes food is about mental health and Oreos are a good way to negotiate with the six year old that lives inside my head. Tater Tots are not bad either, but Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli are the bestest-especially if it is lunch time.

Oreos are one of the few processed foods that I actually like to eat. I probably eat about 6 Oreos a year (I buy the single serving pack), because I know they are just awful for me. But darnit, they taste so good.
