Do salted capers require refrigeration after they've been opened?

We don't. They get scooped out of a big unrefrigerated tub where we buy them.

They shouldn't. However, if your house is very warm ( > 74F) or if you plan to keep them for months, then you might want to put them in the fridge. For a few weeks at 70F, though? Not needed.

I buy 'em in the little skinny jars since I don't use them very often. The jar states to refrigerate after opening.
