Alina, I have the Auber Instruments controller http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=13 which I use with my slow cooker. It works quite well but can fluctuate a couple of degrees each way. That's normally not a problem for me. I've used quite a few of Jason Logdon's recipes and subscribe to his newletter and think it's a good source to get started. Deb
