Just picked up the standard Weber rotisserie (#7519) for Weber Genesis gas barbies and would love your recommendations for recipes and/or books. I also have a Weber Smoky Mountain and will make this fit. However, I just got a new hip last Tuesday and it would be a lot less moving around for me to use the gas grill - it is just outside the back door. MANY, MANY THANK YOUs :!: :D

I've only done whole chicken with mine. Generously season with rub of choice, truss well, put a disposable foil pan under, and go until done. Brush with BBQ sauce of choice in the last 1/2 hour. So juicy and tasty! I'm pretty sure I just use the back burner on med-low.

I used to do my turkey on T-Day on the rotisserie. It came out most excellent. Just do not stuff.

I've only had wild rabbit as a kid, which my father shot. I've wondered about the difference between wild and domestic. I didn't love the wild. Deb

Wild rabbit is relatively tough. They use their muscles too much.

A soft docile domestic bunny is good eatin'.
