I have a house! Closing is scheduled for the 22nd of July. There is stuff to be done-plastering, floors, siding, etc.
At the moment the kitchen is an empty box. Pretty good size, and a space for a separate pantry.
The first thing I get for the new kitchen? The sink. Found at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore for $30.00. Huge, deep, single basin stainless steel. Next up: cabinetry.

YAY. More requests for pictures. Love habitat for renos. My neighbours very high end kitchen is from there too, amazing what you can find.
