Thanks jean....I have saved it. I may be rethinking the concept after testing a few recipes using limoncello and just focusing on celebrating the lemon. I haven't liked anything I tried using the liquor....I think it really is well suited to deserts and not main courses.
I was wondering about that, I kept trying to think of something for you but it just seemed too sweet. Lemon, that I can get behind. Also drinking the limoncello. Try this one: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/drink ... ers-232652

Thanks Mary....the recipe is very similar to something I have been serving that is easier. Limoncello ( as much as you want to pour) over ice and topped with Lemon Pelligrino. Sometimes I add a sprig of mint or some berries for color.
Naturally, I will start the dinner with lemon rosemary focaccia.
