I pulled my cherry tomato plants today and have at least 6 quarts of green tomatoes, mostly Chocolate-Cherry Tomatoes. Any suggestions/recipes for these besides fried? I'm thinking of pickling them but not sure. TIA Nance
While I rarely have that many green cherry tomatoes, I often use my larger greens to make a version of picalilli, and smaller numbers of them I put in Indian curries, or Thai green curries. I'd probably blend those briefly for the curries, given the large amount of skin, compared to larger tomatoes.

Made the Tomato/Bacon Jam today and its really good but not quite sure what to do with it yet, besides sharing with friends . I'd welcome any suggestions! Nance
And I did cut back on the sugar by half and am glad I did because its still pretty sweet.
