I just watched an interesting story about Chuck Williams, founder of Williams Sonoma on CBS Sunday morning. I just looked at their latest catalog the other day.

So what is he all about? Did he say much about how cooking has changed since he started his company? I didn't get a chance to watch the interview.

You can probably watch on CBS.com. He's 94. He went to France, and started imported copper cookware. He showed his first catalogue, with copper pots for about $6!!. I hope its on the website, it was quite interesting.
