Great job Kathy and Pete. Impressive! Who got to eat the trimmings? I'm curious how did it cut? Did it stay together and wedges or slices?

Yes, it did stay together very nicely. we made it on Sat & put it in the frig. We did warm it in the oven the next day. It had 2 layers with the mashed pots between the layers. We bought ready made pots because they are very thick - don't tell anyone!
