Not too TMI - having had stuff done with my elbow, shoulder, and hip. Good plan to have things done while 'under' Please keep us up-to-date on the results; blood and gore, not so much

I've been having cortisone injections for years. First it was my hands (the thumb joints in both hands), then in my left knee for arthritis (knee's still good after a year and a half) then in my lower back for severe back pain. Now I need to go back and have my hands done again. BTW, I don't find the injections too painful. They do numbing first and the pain is very short-lived. Anyway, good luck with your procedure and please let us know how you're doing afterward.
